About the Course
This 2 day course will teach you the skills and knowledge about adolescent brain development, the signs and symptoms of mental health problems, how to apply mental first aid, supports and resources available to young people and itll empower you to have effective conversations about mental health with young people.
Learn about youth mental health problems such as:
Depression
Anxiety
Eating disorders
Self harm
Suicidal Ideation
Substance dependance
Psychosis
A Youth Mental Health workbook is provided to each participant.
